Welcome to Fangs and Fur!

We are a local, independent, and owner-operated shop that is committed to providing the dogs and cats in our hometown of Columbus, Ohio with the best possible foods, supplements, and gear available. Our small shop is not your typical pet food store. We don't carry unnecessary pet supplies like a lot of other shops do. Our goal is to have a place full of positive vibes that you and your pet feel comfortable in, even if that means just stopping in to say hi and grabbing a treat on your walk!

Excellent service, convenient location, lots of options. I came across this gem while looking for a specific probiotic through the manufacturers website. I called Fangs & Fur to ensure they actually had the product in stock. They were quick to answer the phone, very thorough, and friendly. My phone call with them solidified my purchase. Upon arrival they had convenient and plentiful parking. They had many supplement options to choose from (they also had plenty of other products but I specially needed a probiotic). This store does seem to be more canine driven but I appreciated they had options for my feline mixed in as well. The gentleman who assisted us was very educated on the products they offered and guided us to exactly what we needed. My cat is doing so much better with his transition to a wet diet and is no longer vomiting thanks to the recommendations received and adored beast apothecary!

Literally my favorite local pet food shop! Everyone who works here is extremely helpful to newbies! and very knowledgable. I love the variety of supplements, CBD, and remedies! Big fan! And the owner is always helpful. So glad you exist!!!

Each time I've been here the staff have been very kind and helpful! They have a wide selection of fresh, frozen, dried, and freezedried protein options for carnivore pets, as well as a selection of supplements and . They also have a ton of interesting treats / enrichment items made from novel prey like quail, lamb, or like this rabbit fur twist I got for my kitties (they go nuts for it and love to lick and chew and carry it around). Definitely recommend if you're looking to spice up your pet's wild side!
