We stopped in at Fangs & Fur for the first time today, on a recommendation from a friend. We've been struggling with a cat who keeps forming urinary crystals. After 8 vet visits in the past 2 months, it was tugging at my heart that maybe we needed to "abandon" the expensive Prescription Diet (filled with all sorts of crappy ingredients which I'm truly NOT thrilled with), and start trying to feed him the way nature intended. After our last vet visit, I left the office in tears. I've been so frustrated to find that vets are unwilling to "dig deeper" to try to figure out WHY a problem is happening--instead, I'm being pushed toward expensive, crap diets and even surgery to widen his urethra... ...Fangs & Fur to the rescue!!!! My husband and I came in, hoping to find someone who maybe kinda/sorta knew the ins and outs of raw diets...and we were THRILLED to meet Anthony who quite obviously KNOWS HIS STUFF. He was nice enough to talk to us for about 30 minutes about all of the different types of foods available to us, and he was just SO kind and so knowledgeable. There's nothing quite like the feeling of "I KNEW I wasn't crazy!" that we had during our visit. Both of the vets I visited tried to talk me out of feeding a raw diet--though neither could give me much of a concrete reason why! Anthony, thank you SO much for your time and expertise today. I know it will be a process to get Sir. Phillip B. Wellington III (yes, that's really his name. LOL!) to transition from his prescription food to this new diet, but I am SO hopeful for his future, and never more positive that THIS is the best thing we can do for him. ;) You're the best!!! We're going to tell everyone we know about you guys. See you again soon!

What a breath of fresh air! There was an immediate feeling of community when I walked in, and I left feeling energized, and thrilled that I’d found F&F. It makes a difference, the comfort of knowing that both sides of the counter want what’s best for your pet. I felt genuine interest and care when I spoke of my cat and her needs. I will definitely be adding this place to my regular stops.

This place is absolutely amazing. They sell top quality products for both dogs and cats! I did my first delivery with them and it came the next day (I ordered late last night) personally delivered! The knowledge the owners have is phenomenal. I will definitely keep coming here to buy my cats some raw food! Thanks for being amazing - keep it up!
